Payments are collected in two stages:

  • Eligible for Refund: If no work has commenced or no materials have been created after payment.
  • Partial Refunds: May apply in cases of project cancellation before 50% completion, subject to assessment.

Refunds or cancellations for “change of mind” are not accepted once work has started or services have been initiated.

Refunds cannot be provided for expenses related to:

  • Domain registration, hosting fees, third-party app subscriptions, or ad spend.
  • Costs incurred by third-party vendors, tools, or service providers associated with your project.
  1. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval. Clients will be notified by email once a refund has been processed.
